Our grounds include a large lawn for walking or games, benches for relaxing, and a beautiful patio for your enjoyment and socializing.
Our owners are a diverse group. Most are retired, but some are still working. Many of our owners live here full time, and we also have those that live here part-time, while still maintaining residents elsewhere. We enjoy monthly potluck dinners and game nights at the clubhouse.
The clubhouse is available for all owners to use for private parties, free of charge. It has been used for weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, and more!
